Material Purcasing Assistant

Assist procurement manager in developing procurement plans, follow up on the procurement progress, keep track of the execution status of all purchase orders, and adjust the procurement plans accordingly based on actual conditions.Place purchase orders with suppliers based on the material demand plans provided by sales personnel, and confirm the return and archiving of purchase orders.Promptly follow up on delivery deadlines, quality requirements, and other aspects to ensure that purchased materials arrive on time and meet quality standards.Monitor material inventory, keep abreast of supplier supply situations, and ensure the quantity and quality of inventory materials to meet the needs of the company's production department.
